Mixed Bag [6:00 PM EDT] (returning in September)
This class alternates between Hardcore, Butt and Gut, Dancer’s Body Barre, Band Camp, and L.E.T.S. Werq! In that order!
Dancer’s Body Barre [8:30 AM EDT]
Train with the grace and flow of a dancer. Ballet and barre-inspired moves, will give you the lean body you’ve been LONGing for!
Band Camp [8:15 AM EDT]
Get the maximum burn from working your muscles in a different way than you have ever worked before! Work with a light-medium tubed resistance band and intervals of weights/cardio.
L.E.T.S.Werq!™ [9:30 AM EDT]
Lengthen, Elongate, Tone, and Stretch. Intertwine highly specific Pilates and Barre based moves with low-impact cardio. Leave class feeling inches taller than when you started!
